You train - we coach

With Biostrap, we can online monitor your measurements for Heart Rhythm Variation (HRV), Resting Heart Rate (RHR), sleep, etc., and can compare it to your training. Thus we can guide you on 2 parameters: the total stress impact your body is exposed to AND organize your training after both the short day-to-day variation and the long developmental trend. This will provides you the most effective training, and training without any risk of overtraining and / or injury. Our certified and experienced physical trainers develop the training program based on your level, goals and wishes. The goals can be anything from better general physical form to weight loss to increased muscle mass, increased mobility or a desire to perform better in your specific sport. The measurements are also periodically reviewed by our doctors, to detect any irregularities in the data and to accommodate any potentially derived diseases. Weight and blood pressure are also biodata, and by collecting these together with the other data we can also organize a diet guidance / plan that, together with the training, ensures you the optimal result.

  • Planning and ongoing regulation based on biodata (Zenfit)

Fit Gold
